Lindsey is the Founder and CEO of Front Door Vacation Rentals, where she leads the company’s vision, pricing strategy, and design direction with a deep commitment to intentional hospitality. With more than 15 years of experience in hospitality, property management, and customer service, Lindsey combines data-driven pricing expertise with thoughtfully curated interior design to ensure each property is both competitive and memorable. Passionate about tourism in Northwest Arkansas, she approaches every decision with care, integrity, and a service-first mindset—building lasting trust with owners and delivering repeat-guest–worthy experiences that feel personal, refined, and distinctly local. Outside of her career, Lindseys faith & family are the most important things to her. She loves mountain biking, spending time with her family & newborn son, hiking, fly-fishing, and anything outdoors.

As the Director of Maintenance, Nathan ensures that every property in our portfolio remains in peak condition for both guests and owners. He oversees and executes comprehensive maintenance checks, performs skilled repairs, and manages the scheduling and supervision of specialized contractors for major projects. Committed to full transparency, Nathan provides our clients with detailed progress reports and photographic documentation, ensuring owners are always informed and confident in the care of their investment.
While Nathan has spent the last three years specializing in the hospitality sector, his entire career has been defined by a client-first philosophy. Whether he is troubleshooting a complex system or communicating with a guest, his goal is to ensure everyone feels heard and well-taken care of. He finds the greatest professional reward in the seamless operation of a home; when guests enjoy a flawless stay, owners can truly appreciate the value of proactive property care.
With a professional background rooted in the high-stakes world of Aerospace and Defense, Nathan possesses a unique "figure-it-out" mentality and a rigorous attention to detail. There is rarely a technical challenge he cannot solve. When he isn't optimizing properties, you can find him on the trails on his mountain bike or spending quality time with his family.

Known for her availability and steady leadership, Elisha is committed to supporting owners, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring every stay reflects Front Door’s standard of care and professionalism.

Taniece Dismang

Senior Housekeeper with Front Door Vacation Rentals, bringing more than 15 years of experience in hospitality and customer service to her role. She plays a vital part in maintaining the quality, care, and consistency of Front Door’s homes, ensuring each property meets elevated standards before every guest arrival.
Her responsibilities include detailed housekeeping, hot tub maintenance, coordinating laundry services, restocking essential supplies, and managing the return of forgotten guest items. Taniece is especially known for her attention to detail and the small finishing touches that make a meaningful impact—thoughtful preparation, orderly presentation, and a welcoming atmosphere that helps guests feel comfortable the moment they arrive.

Taniece approaches her work with a calm, patient demeanor and a strong sense of ownership. She takes pride in doing things thoroughly, even when it requires extra time, and treats every home as if it were her own investment. This care-driven approach helps protect owner assets while supporting a seamless, high-quality guest experience.

Outside of work, Taniece enjoys fishing, scooting, and relaxing at home while watching sports.

Known for her discretion, organization, and exceptional follow-through, Brandi helps ensure each stay feels seamless, refined, and memorable, reinforcing Front Door’s commitment to premium service and owner confidence. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, and exploring Northwest Arkansas’s culinary scene and trails.
